This is a decision I made over 20years ago but knew I had to have my children first. But once I'd made up my mind, I was set. I did lots of research and had many consultations, as everyone undertaking such a drastic operation should.

After giving birth to my second child and having breast fed both of my children, my body didn't look the same anymore. I wanted to get back in shape and become a sexy mom and wife. I started exercising and went on a healthy diet. Having a pear shaped body and having an A cup breast size though, always made me long to have an hourglass figure. I had considered having a breast augmentation in the past but because silicone implants where the type that needed to be changed every ten years, I didn't want to have to go through that procedure. I found out that the new silicone implants are gel like and more durable and that made me decide to finally get the body that I always longed for. I went from an A cup to a C cup and my body does resemble an hourglass. Although it's only been two and a half weeks since my surgery, my scars are hardly visible and my breasts look natural (just bigger :)). " I have always been a petit person and very flat chested. The only time I have had breasts is when I was pregnant. I have never been able to afford breast enlargement in England as it cost £4000 plus. Then my parents moved back to Cyprus where I grew up, so I asked them to go to our GP. "I was born with relatively prominant ears. When I was 16 I grew my hair long as I was concious about my appearance. I am 31 now, and a few months ago I decided it was time to get my hair cut. But I still wasnt happy with my ears.
I contacted doctor David and discussed things on the phone. I then emailed him some pictures. We discussed things by email over a period of weeks. We then arranged to meet for a consultation where he examined my ears, and answered questions. The surgery was arranged for a few weeks later.

Even though when I look at the before and after photos, especially the ones with my hair and make-up on, there is an incredible difference but that is obviously because I know my face so well.
Dr Davids sensitivity towards my labiaplasty was wonderful. It was an incredibly embarrassing 'problem' that I had wanted to have removed for as long as I can remember but I never had the confidence to approach anyone about it. Dr David immediately put me at ease, I was worried that it was a very painful procedure but when I came out of theatre I actually thought Dr David had forgotten to perform that part of my surgery, as it was totally painless! I wanted to write and thank you for 'enhancing' me. I use the word 'enhance' as I had very particular and quite strong demands and you fullfilled them to a higher result than I thought possible!
To have my breasts done had been something I had wanted for the last 7 years, something I always thought about but honestly thought I would never be able to devote the time needed to take time out and have surgery. However, at the beginning of this year I decided to look into it and after one consultation, which I was not happy with, I looked some more and came across Dr David's website. The first thing that drew me to going to see him was his gallery, the natural results of the breast surgery and on reading more i decided to try again and have another consultation.
Meeting Dr David was my first step to achieving a wonderful and fullfilling change. Time and attention, these are the two factors that Dr David has bundles of for you, you feel you are the only person he is focused on and that is the case for each of the many visits I had with him, there was not a mobile in sight, I was his priority and focus. He explained, gave choices, gave risks, gave information, explained again and bascially couldnt have been more informative. For me, I wanted my breasts to be full and pert, I wanted the result to be so natural that people meeting me would not know that I had had breast surgery. I wanted my breasts to still move with my body and be soft to the touch.
Dr David achieved this and more. It is such a short time since my surgery but I am fully recovered, my breasts are amazing, they just look so natural, so full and even now, so short a time after surgery, they move with my body. My down time from the surgery was much less than I thought it would be. I was back driving and in my busy routine within the week. The procedure comes full circle with Dr David, you start with your consultation and you finish with a consulation. He takes you step by step from his appointment room, to the theatre, back to his appoinment room, he is thorough and ever so gentle. I still havent quite got over the fact that such a surgical procedure for me was so very easy and quick to recover from and to just go back to my daily routine. But I have gone back to my daily routine with a smile on my face and an amazing amount of confidence as my breasts are now not how I wanted them to be, but better than I ever thought they could be!

Az aranykezû, legkedvesebb orvosnak és családjának!
Remekül érzem magam, ma én dagasztottam a kalácsot teljes erõbõl és minden kellemetlen érzés, fajdalom szerencsére már a múlté! Jövõ héten már melltartót is veszek magamnak, azóta hûségesen viselem a sport melltartókat! A vágásnak majdnem nyoma sincs, tudok oldalamon is aludni már!
Itthon vagyok Erdélybe, az amúgy eléggé konzervatív anyukám viszonylag jól fogadta ezt a változást, mert csak most közöltem vele! Az apukámmal még várok kicsit .
Szívbõl jövõ hálámat küldöm így utólag is, nem telik el nap, hogy ne emlegetném Önt! Nagyon elégedett vagyok az eredménnyel és ez a legfontosabb!
